EatPlayGrow™ is a new curriculum offered by INEP in 2020, geared towards preschoolers and their caregivers. Consisting of fun nutrition and activity lessons, this program brings together art, stories, and music. Preschoolers and their caregivers must attend classes together, whether in-person or virtual.
Three curricula are available for elementary students during the school day: The Great Garden Detective Adventure, The OrganWise Guys®, and Serving Up MyPlate. For afterschool progams, CATCH® Kids Club and Healthy Kids Out of School are available.
Two curricula geared towards middle and high school aged students was added in 2020, EatFit and Teen Cuisine.
EatFit classes are to take place during the regular school day, and Teen Cuisine during afterschool programs or during the summer.
The recipes I have brought home are easy to make and save me time. Plus, my daughter eats more fruits and vegetables and drinks more water since your classes started at her school!
